Client work is governed by its agreement
When you hire us, the work is governed by the written client agreement we both sign, together with any written proposal you approve. If anything on this website differs from that agreement, the agreement controls. Pricing shown on this site is our current standard pricing; your proposal and agreement state the price that applies to your project.
Under promise, over deliver is our operating policy, and it is a policy, not a promise of any specific business outcome. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or sales.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding on this site belong to Digital Momentum or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission, except for brief excerpts credited and linked back to this site. Nothing on this site transfers any rights in our work except as a signed client agreement provides. Client businesses keep all rights in their own names, logos, photos, and content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, to interfere with the site’s operation, or to submit information that is false, misleading, or someone else’s.
Third-party links
This site links to third-party sites and services, such as review platforms and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
