Privacy Policy
The plain fine print. Last updated October 15, 2026.
Digital Momentum (“we,” “us,” “our”) runs the website getdigitalmomentum.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Plain version first: we collect the minimum we need to answer you and do the work, and we never sell personal information.
What we collect
When you contact us. Our contact form asks for your first name, email address, phone number, business name, and a message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you send. If you become a client, we also collect the answers you give on our client questionnaire, which you provide so we can plan and build your website.
Automatically, when you visit. Like most websites, our hosting servers keep standard logs that can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed, and the time of your visit. The site also uses cookies that are necessary for it to function and stay secure.
What we do not collect. We do not ask for or store banking credentials or payment card numbers. When a client pays, payment is handled by the payment provider, not stored by us.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and provide free site plans.
- To plan, build, launch, and maintain client websites.
- To send service-related messages, such as project updates and care notices.
- To keep the website secure and understand, in aggregate, how it is used.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to anyone, for any reason.
Who it is shared with
Only the service providers required to run the business and the website, such as our hosting, email, and form-processing providers, and only to the extent they need it to do their job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiry and client information is kept for as long as we need it to serve you and maintain our business records. If you would like your information deleted, email us and we will remove it, except where we are required to keep records by law.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@getdigitalmomentum.com and we will take care of it.
Children
This website is a business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
